TEXTURE MATS Texture Mats are tools that are designed to impact a 3-Dimensional impression to partially set concrete. Texture mats recreate the texture and feel of natural stone, brick or tile in every detail. Texturemat texturing tools aremolded froma high quality polyurethane material. Each tool is subject to strict quality control to ensure consistency in size, fit and squareness. All of our designs are true recreations of natural materials from coarse wire cut common brick to random fieldstones and heavily textured stone. Concrete texturing can be accomplished using any standard concrete mix. The concrete is placed, floated and lightly finished at the appropriate time. Releaseagent is applied to the concrete, the texturing toolsarekept moving takingcare tokeep the tools tight together. Repeat this process using as many mats as are on hand, until the entire slab is textured. Later, the slab is cleaned, and sealed to enhance and protect the beauty of the textured surface. STAMPS
