The all steel, self-spanning, forming system for bridge pier cap applications.
The Max-A-Form® system combines a 3/16" steel face with heavy duty steel crossmembers to support higher pour rates. Panels up to 8' wide are rated at 1500 psf, 9' and 10' are 1200 psf and 12' wide panels at 1000 psf. The strength of this design virtually eliminates the need for walers and dramatically reduces tie requirements.

Max-A-Form® is a gang form system that allows faster placement, pours and resetting. The strong, all-steel design allows forms to be set in larger units. Fewer crane picks are necessary and cycling time is optimized on repetitious pouring applications. Gang size is limited only by available crane capacity.
